SUMMARY:2026 Fall Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:On November 12\, we invite you to join our fall fundraiser and kick off our 30th Anniversary of fighting for fair courts! Chicago Appleseed continues to make a powerful impact on the lives of people who show up to court every day – people who are just trying to stay housed\, keep their families together\, or resolve disputes. Your donation goes directly to supporting our work to ensure access to justice for all community members. \nWe know both the criminal and civil courts are unjust. One case can have life-altering consequences. The system is confusing\, expensive\, and stacked against everyday people. We know public safety comes from community investment and support\, not from threat of punishment. \nAt the event\, you will hear from a panel of leaders telling stories about the impact of Chicago Appleseed’s work and how we will continue to reshape the realities of courtrooms across Cook County and beyond. We are also thrilled to be launching the Educate & Motivate program to support the immigrant community in this critical time. Be a part of this special evening and invest in court transparency\, access to justice\, and mentorship for the next generation of advocacy-oriented lawyers. \nChicago Appleseed applied to become a part of the Appleseed Network in October 1996. Looking back\, we have accomplished incredible milestones with your support. Join us now in 2026 and sustain this work for the next 30 years! \nThursday\, November 12\, 2026 \n5:00pm – Reception \n5:45pm – Program \n7:00pm – End Time \nPurchase your tickets here. \nSponsor the event here. \n  \nPlease contact Malcolm Rich with any questions (malcolmrich@chicagoappleseed.org).
