  • Media coverage, including ours, of immigration law lately has focused largely on state laws with an obvious impact on the Hispanic and Latino communities. We recently discovered Law And Border, a U.S. & China visa policy blog by an American immigration lawyer in Beijing. It’s a interesting read, as well as a good reminder of the scope of immigration law.
