Chicago Appleseed continues to make a powerful impact on the lives of people who show up to court every day – people who are just trying to stay housed, keep their families together, or resolve disputes. Your donation goes directly to supporting our work to ensure access to justice for all community members.

We know both the criminal and civil courts are unjust. One case can have life-altering consequences. The system is confusing, expensive, and stacked against everyday people. We know public safety comes from community investment and support, not from threat of punishment. At the event, you will hear from a panel of leaders telling stories about the impact of Chicago Appleseed’s work and how we will continue to reshape the realities of courtrooms across Cook County and beyond. We are also thrilled to be launching the Educate & Motivate program to support the immigrant community in this critical time.
